ANTES DE QUE SE ALCEN LAS BARRICADAS

Hola a todos,
espero que todo el mundo esté bien y feliz. He querido tomarme este pequeño descanso entre mis funciones para dejaros rápidamente esta nota a todos, sólo para decir "gracias" por vuestro constante apoyo aquí, en twitter, en youtube y por los votos en esa cosa de los premios en la que estoy metido. Tengo que decirlo, me gusta que el público vote en los premios, porque da una oportunidad a todos los que pagan un buen dinero por ver sus shows de decir quién creen que se merece un premio. Eso es, si no se usa mal o se convierte en un concurso de popularidad. Definitivamente, deberías votar a quien o a lo que creas que merezca el premio.
Bueno, he estado utilizando a Enjolras como ejercicio de voz antes de las funciones justo ahora, sólo para volver a meterlo en mi cabeza, más que nada, antes de que los ensayos empiecen el Lunes. A propósito, no me he permitido meterme mucho en el asunto hasta que el momento se ha acercado. De otra manera, hubiesen sido meses de expectación. Además, mi prioridad es Love Never Dies.
Así que, para no partirme a mí mismo, o a mi energía, en dos, me he asegurado de tener algunas fechas de descanso del show, así como de combinarlas con las fechas de las vaciones, para así poder poner todos mis esfuerzos en Les Miserables en O2 son comprometer lo que hago aquí cada noche. Mis días oficiales de descanso van del 23 de Septiembre hasta justo el 2 de Octubre, volviendo el día 4 de Octubre. De todas formas, tal y como está esto ahora, me toca ser el Fantasma el 30 de Septiembre. Ligerament confuso, lo sé. Además, tengo descanso la semana del 24 de Noviembre. Vamos, será mi primera semana sin hacer nada. Sin cantar, sin componer, sin hacer nada. No puedo esperar.
Ok, ahora a comer y luego la segunda función. Muchas gracias, como siempre, por apoyar al show, y a mí. Tengo entendido que bastantes de vosotros vais a asistir al concierto de Les Miserables, o en el O2 o en los cines seleccionados en todo el país. Estoy seguro de que va a ser una tarde excitante e histórica. Realmente feliz de que mi compañero Sheytoo, Hadley Fraser, sea parte del cast, interpretando a Grantaire.
Respecto a mi banda y mis planes de futuro y el tiempo entre la producciones de LND, hay cosas que contar, pero no aún. Como todo en este negocio, el cambio es la única cosa constante. Así que cuando esté bastante a punto, os lo dejaré saber. Siempre hay sitio para las discusiones y el cambio.

Before the Barricades Arise ...
Hello All,
I hope everyone is well and happy. I wanted to take this little break in between my shows to quickly drop you all a note just to say thank you for you constant support here, on twitter, on youtube and for the votes for this award thing that I'm up for. I have to say, I do like audience voted awards because it gives a chance for everyone who pays good money to see their shows to have a little say in who they feel deserves an award. That is if it's not misused or turned into a mere popularity contest. You should definitely vote for who and what you feel best deserves the award.
Well I've been using Enjolras as a little tune up before shows right now just to get it back in my head more than anything before rehearsals start on Monday. I have purposely not allowed myself to really get too involved with it until it was nearer to the time. Otherwise it would've been months of anticipation. Also, my priority is Love Never Dies.
So, not to split myself or my energies in half I have now secured some dates off the show as well as combining it with holiday dates so I can put all my efforts into Les Miserables at the O2 without compromising what I do here every night. My official days off are September 23rd right up to Oct 2nd returning Oct 4th. However, as it stands now, I am due to be on as The Phantom September 30th. Slightly confusing I know. Also, I am off the week of November 24th. Now that will be my first week where I'm not doing anything. No singing, no writing, no nothing. Can not wait for that.
Ok all, dinner and then show two. Many thanks as always for supporting the show and myself. I gather many of you are attending the Les Miserables concert either at the O2 or at the selected cinemas around the country. I'm sure it's going to be an exciting and historical evening. Really happy that my fellow Sheytoon, Hadley Fraser will be part of the cast playing Grantaire.
Regarding my band and future plans and time between LND productions, there are things to tell but not yet. Like anything in this business, change is the only constant thing. So until I'm pretty much about to it, I'll let you all know. There is always room for discussions and change.
